Clearly I did know it. But then how could we live without your dispensing of elite knowledge? Did you know she was black?

 

The easy answer was no. Even though it was an injustice. 

The point being that legal denial of arms is not always justice.

Why is the Right convinced the Left is going to take away their guns ?

The 2A is a Constitutional Amendment which requires two/thirds of both Houses to overturn. Which then means, the new Amendment goes to the States for approval of 3/4 or 36 States.

Simple Civics and math reveal that will never -ever happen.

But then again, the GQP is a few bricks shy of a full load.

Along those same lines: Why is the left obsessed with taking away guns? Every time a tragedy occurs involving a gun they leap to their feet and call for more gun laws.

But gun laws don't work. Maybe outright gun bans would, but as you pointed out it wouldn't happen.
