Cableone is nowhere near as bad as the big players like Comcast and Charter.  But I agree with you. 

God help us all if The Tool's internet venture expands out of the barren wastelands of Nevada....

How is the Fort Collins muni network going to get to the internet?  My guess would be via one of the major telcos
