Anyone willing to place odds on how many of these top 50 1) actually make it into school 2) make the two deep 3) become starters or 4) are all-conference players.

I'll set the over/under at 15 of the 50.  That's been the record over the past few years at least.

You are asking 4 questions that are all very different from one another?  1.) Almost all of them  2.) Almost all of them 3.) A good deal of them 4.) More by far than any grouping of 51-101, 101-151, etc...

It was announced a while back that Cole Ramseyer is no longer on the official Boise State team roster due to being medically retired.  The same applies to Jabari Watson as well.

@MAD MACGYVER how does 37 MWC commits by mid-May seem to compare to other recent years?

The new staffs at CSU, UNM, and UNLV have been making a ton of offers.  It's only May and UNLV is within a few offers of the most ever for a class.

That I would have to investigate...I'll do my diligence tomorrow and let you know what I've found.

There was a big deal made by Harsin and Co. a year or two ago about only offering guys that were ready to commit. They were one of the lowest offer rates in the country (usually under 100 offers per year) and made a big deal out of it. They’ve already offered 100 guys for 2021. I think it’s the most recent reaction to recruiting changing due to the earlier signing day.

Sorry for the delay.  I did some light research and discovered that in May of 2019 (for the 2020 class), the MWC had a total of 7 commits by the end of May 2019.

To do a deep dive will require quite a bit more time, so give me some time go aggregate the numbers, but at this moment this is how the numbers stack up from 2019 to 2020, and both sets include evaluated and unevaluated players, which is why the numbers seem to be skewed higher.

CLASS | THRU APR | MAY 1-15 | MAY 16-31 | JUNE 1-15 | JUNE 16-30 |  TOTAL

2019:           ??               ??                7                 5                   27              39

2020             21               16              8                  ??                  ??             45

2020             21               16              8                  ??                  ??             45

According to Chris Murray ( http://nevadasportsnet.com/news/reporters/murrays-mailbag-will-an-nfl-team-now-sign-colin-kaepernick ) commits nationally are more than doubled this year compared to last year at this point:

Per 247Sports, there were almost 950 verbal commitments for the class of 2021 by June 2. Last year, that total was 405. So the recruiting process is actually speeding up and not slowing down despite the lack of in-person activity. Perhaps players don't want to be left without a scholarship so they're committing early.

Thanks for the catch. Wyoming for the 2014 season has been fixed.

if you look to the bottom of the page, you should see tabs for each season.
