Hmmmm, is there housing, offices, stores, restaurants on main SDSU campus? Sure is! Will there be some low income/market rate housing? Absolutely! But the primary use of the property will be for facutly/students/research/classrooms/innovation and public-private incubation centers much like Tech Square at Georgia Tech. And you bet I will be experiencing it for myself as I will have a vote come November of 2018.

seriously, you're not helping.  Look!  Its the SDSU Pet Shop!

LOL. The Truth makes an appearance.

I know when I think of a college "campus", hotels, office space, condos and stores are the first things I think of.....<_<

The writers conclude the obvious to anyone with IQ north of lichen.

As the process continues, the blatent dishonesty of the "SDSU West"  crowd will be exposed. The reputation of the university will suffer.

Who the phuck do you think your peddling the bullshit to?  Revenue from the site will pay for the stadium, What else will pay for it given that no tax dollars and no student fees will be used, five SDSU football games/yr?  The mythical "professional" partner? Fairies peddling unicorn dust?  L....O...L

Again, you can't admit the truth because once it's known, SDSU West is sunk.

Bwahahaha.  What color is the sky in your world?

I can't make you understand that when you tell the citizens that it's about "education" and they see condos, offices and stores that they'll feel uhhh ...misled  and will vote accordingly. You'll just have to experience it for yourself.

I guess you don't see the entire section of the plan that is dedicated to edication?

Exactly zero percent will be dedicated to education.

The whole thing is funded by revenue bonds. It is ....follow me here....ILLEGAL TO BUILD CLASSROOMS WITH REVENUE BONDS. Educational facilities require legislative action and are funded through the general fund. This is because the state is required to staff and maintain them.

Educate yourself.

Actually, I'm neither of those things. What I am is an educated voter.

You don't know how rev bonds are actually used and it shows. From before the time the Chargers left town you have openly hated the idea of SDSU in MV. This is just more garbage in that common thread. You have been wrong on topics related to MV so consistently you would think you would've learned by now and keep quiet while the adults talk.

The irony of this post.

A simple Google search...

But it's illegal!

The whole thing isn't being funded by revenue bonds.  They've stated that the stadium will be and I'm sure a large majority of it will be but not the entire project.

C'mon man. You can disagree with this Initiative, or support Soccer City, but you know that classrooms will be built. Why do you make a silly statement like that, that just makes you look like an idiot?
