With the recent yard sales in other conferences, It's kinda fend for yourself in the G5. I also think BSU, USU, Nevada, Fresno and even SJSU were good to decent replacements. There's many other old timers that moved on. The list is long. agree. Once you have half your conference members with little history then the climate and character of the board changed. I am trying to remember when this board launched as the MWC board. I don't seem to remember that the 2005 version was the first version called the MWC board.... I was 14 at the time (and dominating the old WAC board), and a lurker here. It all goes blank on the webs after the 2005 shutdown. I can not find anything. And then another 36 hours they had all left lol. I’m content with where Boise St is at, obviously wouldn’t turn down a move up but we’re where we belong. Im glad the board doesn’t go back that far, I’m gonna let those cringe posts I made fade out of memory lol. I remember being the new guy and now I’m one of the oldest guys here. Makes one wonder how good a conference the MWC could have been had the schools shown foresight and invited the right schools. But this conference continues to think short term.
