Good to hear the surgery went well.

He's a Boise fan so the pain will always be there.?

Speedy recovery dude!

Thanks guys, out of ICU and into general Trauma.  Bleeding stopped a few days ago, only a minimal amount of pancreatic acid escaped.  White cell count down from 2300 to 1100.  Only thing left to do is see if the blood congeals behind the pancreas so we can remove it with ease.  Been running 100-102 degree fevers as my body is in hyper drive kicking this things ass.  Recovery is way ahead of schedule.  Not completely out of the woods yet, my lactic acid levels jumped a bit suggesting an infection somewhere so I a on iv antibiotics.

With a little luck I will be home in 48-72 hours and I am pretty sure I have your guys's well wishes and prayers to thank.  I am going to take a copy of my Original x ray home, I will post it if anybody is interested after I get it.

It is operation dumpo drop.  I am now able to eat solid foods.  If I can take a poop today and my labs remain stable while eating food, I can go home tomorrow.  Never have I anticipated and yearned to take a dump so badly, and that is saying something!

Yeah yeah yeah you're not dying from acid melting your insides in excruciating fashion. Get to what everyone wants to hear about! What kind of nurse talent are we looking at here?

Some young ones.  A  cute red headed trail runner is my nurse today and she has been coming to talk to me on her breaks sharing pictures of our wilderness adventures .  A cute 32 year old Filipino is my night nurses assistant .

Lots of cute dude nurses too @Memphisfan
