retrofade
UNC Wilmington blew a 14 point lead to Virginia... 30-29 Virginia at halftime now.
HylianHero
Virginia looked really bad and they're still up at the half! UNCW is in trouble I think.

I just saw a tweet that showed Arizona's Sean Miller as a possible candidate. I just don't see that. That's a lateral move at best. Just my opinion. Now that he has upped the recruiting and has those big wins to energize those fans, a coach that can actually teach consistency will bring IU back to their rightful place in the hierarchy. Many a Ute thought the success Majerus had at Utah was the new norm, but nearly 20 years later we are realizing that the Majerus years were a glorious outlier and not the norm. I kind of think IU basketball with Knight is like this.

Arizona is like a Michigan State. Still one of the best programs, but not at that top-tier statuse of the the aforementioned, KU, UNC, UK and dook

I consider the top schools to be UNC, Dook, Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, and UCLA. Then you have that next tier where you'd include Arizona, UConn, Michigan State, and Louisville among others.

I kind of think IU basketball with Knight is like this. IU has 5 titles under two coaches, FF's under 3, and a slew of Big Ten titles. Add to the state of Indiana's passion for basketball, and the game tradition of that program, and I think they are just at that top tier status, even with the long lull in National Titles. Coaches will be tripping over themselves to get that job.

Notre Dame? And it is looking like UVA's defense isn't getting the job done. 50% of threes getting dropped on them, and same amount of TO's between the two teams. Could spell disaster for the anemic offense of UVA.

Turnovers and missed easy shots are the reason UVA went on that 19-3 run to end the half... UNCW was doing their best Fresno State impression to end the half.
