BYU picked up his cousins Keanu Saleapaga and ND transfer Tyler Luatua and sounds like he had a scholarship be available after BYU missed on some of the higher profile guys they targeted.

Hawaii landed a couple Defensive Lineman and two QB's for this upcoming 2016 season. Rolo seems to be hard after QB's to try find a quality starter that can lead his program. Possibly more QB's in the near future as well.

 

Kyle Gallup (Marshall walkon) 6'2ft 211lb QB that will have 4 years to play 4 seasons. Walkon

Planning on transferring to the Hawaii program in time for the upcoming season. Personal family issues are part of the reason he is transferring to the Hawaii Program.

HS stats:1850 Passing Yards, 170ATT/256COMP (66.4%), 20 TD/9 INT

Hawaii has received a commitment of a Japan-Native Football Player for 2016. First Japan-Native Football Player to ever play for Hawaii since Hawaii played DI. May never receive playing time but will be my Hawaii's version of "Rudy".

 

Genta Ito (pronounced Gey-N-Ta E-Toe) (Hosei Daini High, Japan) (Santa Monica JC) 5'7ft 190lb 3 Years to Play 2. Walk-On

Limited Experience at Santa Monica.

Bench Press: 325lb

Speed: 4.5s 40yd dash
