Is Boise St. in the drivers seat for the Mountain Division crown?

Boise has won 5 of their last 7 while SD St has won 6 of their last 7.

 

Anyway, don't let their last weeks performnce fool you. They put on the jets when they wanted to. They didn't come to play in the first half and turned it on when the game was in question. Mark of a team that's learned how to win close games.

And 7 is the magic number why? Why not 9, or 6, or 4. Or is that because 7 is the only number where that works? BTW, Boise State has played 4 teams with winning records in that span (all on the road). SDSU played 1 team with a winning record (and lost...at home). Of the 5 wins all were by double digits... SDSU won 1 by double digits... but they're on fire!

Hopefully the Aztecs can beat their first team with a winning record on Saturday, huh?

Yes, but SD is good enough to win if a couple of breaks go their way.

Hey!  SJSU was 5-3 when we beat them at their place....

 

But, we have absolutely no chance to ever beat BSU -- ever.  BSU should be very very very confident that they can just show up at the Q and get an automatic win.  Cmon, we couldn't even beat Eastern Illinois!  I'll be surprised if our guys even show up against a formidable team like BSU.  BSU should really be putting a lot of planning into which of your 3rd and 4th string guys you want to get some experience.  This game will be a vacation at the beach for BSU.  Your biggest concern should be what SPF sunscreen you'll need.  Heck, we just barely, got super lucky, by the skin of our teeth squeaked by a 0-10 Hawaii team.  This is one of those games that is almost so silly that it really shouldn't even be played -- just give BSU the "W" and save us all the trouble of turning on the lights and emptying the trash at the Q.  But, on the bright side, maybe we can make a few pesos by selling those big BSU boys some fish tacos!

 

Just keep repeating it.....over and over.....

The big problem is money,  BSU is going to cost the MWC BIG bucks.  Our walking wounded are getting back,

Wyo got the first message.  SDSU will be next.  But the big blow will be Fresno, the Broncos will win that game.

Then go to the LV Bowl, not make a dime. FSU will end up in a no money bowl and the conf. will get screwed.  I

can't cheer against my Broncos but I'm not feeling good about now.  Especially sad for our friends in Fresno. damn.

You played Fresno at as close to full strength as you've been all year.  Lol.

Given the choice, everyone would pick Boise State's position over Utah State's.

 

 

Not me, IF I HAD to lay money down on either of those 2 situations happening, I would bet on Utah St winning out and Boise falling again to SD St.

 

 

There are 30 casinos in Vegas that will let you stay there for free if you keep making bets like that...

 

 

That's fine... but BOTH have to happen... that's not even a suckers bet, it's just a flat out stupid bet...

I bet you would get 6-8 to 1 odds on that parlay...

I wish Boise and SDSU were in the same division.  You guys are consistently good and it's a given that we're going to have to fight like hell for 60 minutes (at least) when playing the Broncos.  Next year we will meet for the 3rd year in a row, but then we won't play each other (unless we both make the CCG) for the next 2 years.  A shame.
