You can still add affiliate members..Football only or olympic sports only. Hawaii all sports solves the necessity of having 8 full members. Job one, end all of Hawaii's travel subsidies. Hawaii will get a full share of the new tv deal plus their existing tv deal for the Islands. They will get a full cut of the basketball credit monies. I am a bit of a goofball but this just makes so much more sense to me than adding FCS or minor FBS schools as full members.
