Secondly, how in the hell are they going to make one of the rules in the debate that they could not bring ANY notes to the debate??? Biden isn't out there spewing propaganda all the time with well-rehearsed lies and you aren't even going to give him a note card of key points for certain topics? Honestly, who is going to remember some of the exact figures from memory or policy details in the middle of a debate with zero notes, unless you just make up stuff and lie confidently! Why did Biden do well in the state of the union? Maybe it is nice to have a teleprompter or some actual notes! Some idiots in the Biden campaign thought it would be a great idea to basically set up a format that totally played to all of Trump's strengths.
