This poor idiot. He's all over the internet, though he probably hasn't seen it since he's in jail, so he's in for a real surprise! I love how he thinks he's being so accommodating by narrating his parking progress. The judge was hilarious as well. 

Even if the charge wasn't for driving, why in the world would you not just pull over and jump on the zoom call while parked? Using your phone while driving is against the law in most states anyway. Thank God for people like this though...for our entertainment, not for the good of humanity.

It would’ve been even funnier if he had hit a car trying to park.

It turns out the system screwed up in this case. The guy was embarrassed nationally and spent two days in jail. I see a law suit coming.

There is always more to the story. I really didn’t think someone could be that dumb. They owe him an apology at the very least.
