Not a bad assessment. Fan base has huge potential, but we haven’t see that potential show in over 2 decades. We used to have rowdy sell-out crowds at basketball games way back when. Win a few conference titles with a combination of playing exciting basketball, and you’ll see the same crowds we have at football games. Imagine a crowded arena with Gangbangers and flying piss bombs. Can’t wait!

Surely, you'll be adding a farm animal "petting" zoo as well......

HS coach.

and a failure at his one D1 stop at Pepperdine. But hey, he was great at the CC and JC levels, so he'll be fantastic for us, absolute guarantee.

I want to eat crow, I just don't see it as likely.

Politics won out on this one. He supposedly has an "army" of boosters willing to back the program if he got hired... well where the freaking hell have they been for the last 20 years?

Far from Tony Sanchez. The guy invented the dribble drive offense. Those who know the Pepperdine story know there’s a lot more than what the 14-35 record showed. Lot of stuff went on behind the scenes that sabotaged Walberg.

He has tons of connections not only locally but across the country with the NBA and College. He can actually get butts in seats unlike Hut. All his family is here. He isn’t going anywhere. Kind of like the Tedford situation. I think he’s going to do great here. But he wasn’t the first choice, Ryan Pannone was but he turned it down.

Yeah, but maybe he wants to retire someday? I mean, he might be a lifer, but his life expectancy might not be all that long. Tedford wasn't old and frail enough for y'all?

67 is too old.  Reminds me of our presidential candidates.

Supposedly Walberg has a long recruiting coattail that is good at recruiting..and that we have 5-6 spots to fill right off the bat. We will know how it works out in the next three years, but can't be any worse than what we have right now in the past Chud era.
