We'd literally have to pause talking to one another or miss tv dialogue as the f-16s fly over. However, it is cool to see military jets everyday tbh, especially when you get something a little extraordinary like a B-1, B-2. Those B-1s will set off car alarms for miles. They weren't able to get ahold of the three couples ahead of us on the list. $264K, 5.75%, $4,100 in closing costs. Monthly mortgage will be $2,575. End of June move-in. 2 Quote People, not a fan.
