Definitely need some bigs! I would also take another long wing that can shoot. Has anyone heard if Kenny Foster is returning?

The signing of 3 transfer guards (2 seniors and 1 junior) leads me to believe he is not returning.

He can be maddening. Effort comes and goes. He was in and out of the starting lineup all year. Had plenty of opportunities to lock it down and didn't.  He entered the portal last offseason too.  

Matija does have the size and skills.  Maybe he just needs a fresh start.

With Anderson returning, Cardenas coming in, and Lockett off redshirt Whiting saw the writing on the wall regarding playing time. 

Great kid and steady player for Boise State, but lacks height and quickness. Good three point shooter if left alone. I suspect he was wanted by Kruger to give Thomas a blow for 5-10 minutes per game.

Not really strange. Redshirted this year after DNP's in the first couple games. And with Nevada bringing in Dusell on a visit and being linked to other SG transfers, he was probably not looking at a ton of playing time again. With Sanders, Rolison, SG transfer, Robinson + Foster (who will soak up minutes at the 1-4) where does Powell fit in at the 1 or 2?

There are only so many spots to go around.  But these guys knew the risk when they entered the portal.  I will say I'm shocked Matija Belic found a new home more quickly (Wyoming) than Yohan Traore has.

I bet Wyoming assistant Nick Whitmore had a prior connection to Belic.
