Starting/Backup

1. Dedan/Whiting

2. Jailen/Hicks/ Whiting

3. Henley/Evans/Hill

4. Whaley/Hill/ Bannarbie

5. Cherry/Cottrell/N’daiye

I'm trying to envision scenarios where Hill doesn't start and play all the minutes he can handle.

I can only see two.

1) Hill isn't ready to start the season, and someone solidifies themselves at his position before he's back.

Or

2) Hill comes back to start the season, but is a shell of himself and losses the spot eventually.

If he's ready to start the season, he starts probably at the 3, maybe the 4.

Jalen Hill is the same guy who started games as a sophomore for Top 25 OU under Lon Kruger. Jalen is the guy who scored 26 points and had eight rebounds for OU in a win over #2 Alabama in Moser’s second year.

Jalen Hill can play at this level.

Its never automatic that someone is the same, after an injury that sidelines them for so long.

Nobody is doubting his ability to play at this level. I don’t think you’ll see him logging 34 minutes a game as he was last season.

Either way, I do think he will be part of a rebounding turnaround, going from bottom of the country to top 75-100.

Good field, they do like us there. Every 5 years, which is as often as we can be invited.. I think this might need its own thread. 😉

Boise folks a bit salty

No idea why a 17-22 year old kid would want to get his picture taken wearing a fist full of real National Championship rings. Mindboggling.

I love it when people get their balls in a bind about UNLV's National Championship.
