thelawlorfaithful
Good news on Jonas. Broken collarbone and ribs, but nothing spinal. Remco out for a few months but should be ready for the Tour. Roglic is skinned up after two days of crashes. So in the end the injuries were normal for cycling, nothing life or career ending. Quote We’re all sitting in the dugout. Thinking we should pitch. Crash by 12 riders in peloton ROGLIČ Primož (BORA - hansgrohe) Honestly, I'm a bit concerned whenever Roglic somehow stays on 2 wheels the entirety of a race. I think a part of him almost enjoys it. Jokes aside, hoping all the big guns can heal up and get back at it soon!

thelawlorfaithful
21 year Juan Ayuso for UAE wins the Tour of the Basque Country. After Thursday’s crash that demolished the favorites UAE placed 4 riders in the top 10 including American Brandon McNulty. Tadej’s Giro-Tour double seems doable with a team that strong. Sepp won the King of the mountains. He didn’t enter the race riding for time but with Vingegaard and Van Aert broken into pieces now, somebody has to carry Visma’s flag. 1 Quote We’re all sitting in the dugout. Spaztecs
Stages five and six were quite entertaining. It amazes me how much more open and aggressive the racing becomes when the Big Four are absent. When any of the Big 4 are on the Starlist, the Racing becomes set piece. Quote "We don't have evidence but, we have lot's of theories." thelawlorfaithful
MVdP crushes Roubaix to become the 8th rider ever to achieve the double in the cobbled monuments. Clocking in at 47.8 kmh. That's 29.826 mph for those in the US of A. It leads one to wonder if he will take a shot at the hour record. I still can't understand why we don't switch to metric.
