She sounds sane & actually backs some Democratic policies -- She's got no shot with the droolers in the GOP who are willing to vote against their best interests because maybe the other guy mentions ILLEGALS, GUNS, SOCIALISM ( Solicalim which they are all benefitting from, but too stupid to realize it)

I don't even care about Democrat or Republican policies anymore. Just give me people that are sincerely doing their best to figure things out for everyone. It's crazy how we just do not value that behavior. We actually seem to loathe it.

2005:   Private student loans become non-dischargeable regardless of whether they are made, insured or guaranteed by a governmental entity or non-profit; test now turns on whether interest would be deductible under the Tax Code.

After the Enron scandal, Bush backed and signed the aggressively regulatory Sarbanes-Oxley Act. But SEC head William Donaldson tried to boost regulation of mutual and hedge funds, he was blocked by Bush's advisers at the White House as well as other powerful Republicans and quit.

https://www.britannica.com/topic/waterboarding

As a form of torture, waterboarding became illegal under the law of war with the adoption of the third Geneva Convention of 1929, which required that prisoners of war be treated humanely, and the third and fourth Geneva Conventions of 1949, which explicitly prohibited the torture and cruel treatment of prisoners of war ...

Bush started the disregard for the rule of law that we see so prevalent in the Republican Party today

Didn’t Biden help craft that bill?

The Geneva convention is more like a checklist.  I’ll admit I was wrong here.

Doesn’t change the fact the CRA and repeal of glass steagall were instrumental in creating the 2008 financial crisis.  Although the government will deny it.

Wouldn’t surprise me.  I’m not pro Biden.  If you recall my post was even with all that Bush might still be better.

I don’t disagree but Bush refused to use the regulatory powers he did have.

God I hate this election.

I prefer my candidates without felony convictions, undiagnosed dementia & brain worms.

Indeed. It's a sad state of affairs when a 2nd world country like Mexico can manage to elect a better president than anybody we have running for that job here.

I mean let’s be fair here.  It’s not like just GOP’ers who are fing hypocrites.  This guy runs Israel’s Department of Homeland Security.  If it were any other country they would be leading the charge to sanction him and those partnering with him.  But given AIPAC money they all have no problem looking the other way.

both parties are beyond repair.
