Still tough to rank, but I think #1 is now clear. 

UNLV. Unbelievable

Boise St. Hard to please Bronco fan may still find their team in the MW title game.

Air Force- Incredible collapse

San Jose St- On fire

Fresno St- Incredible collapse #2

Utah St

Wyoming- Do I dare say tough road game at Nevada this week?

Colorado St- About right

New Mexico- Improved under Danny G?

Hawaii

SDSU- Incredible full season collapse

Nevada- Right where they belong

It is what it is.  It is a formula that attempts to calculate how good any team is in any year, and how likely they would be to beat another ream.  And it does a better job of predicting results than Vegas odds makers, or any other computer.

It says CSU is dog shit, because CSU is dog shit.  You hired a +++++ing horrible coach, broke the bank for him, and you suck ass and will for a long time because of it. You can't fire him this year, so welcome to another season next year of being one of the worst teams in the nation, which is your MO.  Yer fuggen dog shit on the field in a stadium you can't afford.  Congrats.

Yer up to your eyes in debt and play in an Empty Stadium the people of Fort Collins hate you for building (they don't care about CSU football).  CSU has no fans, a horrible coach they will keep for years and won't see a bowl game.

Boise AD doing fine with money.  290 million raised towards facilities in under 10 months.  Our new coaching staff could well make double yours.

No we arent. We’ve increased revenue by $18mil since we opened the stadium…bond payments are not close to that.
