I really like this project.  It’s the best I’ve seen proposed for the city in the twenty years I’ve been following.  Tying in an Arena for the Wolf Pack really brings a benefit to the existing community.  Let’s hope this comes to fruition. So many projects have been proposed and never moved dirt. Luckily the indoor water park was one of those.

They’re going to start moving dirt pretty quick. They want it done in 2026.

Well, you can hit golf balls into the Bellagio fountains for maybe 5 to 10 minutes if you bring your own balls. And there’s no hitting balls fee, either. Great deal!! Well, the lawyer fees will hit you hard, though.
