I'm going with:

1. Air Force (could this finally be their year?)
2. Fresno St. (really 1b. looking very good but I don't think Purdue and ASU are very good)
3. Boise St. (still have tons of talent & will be different with Holani)
4. Wyoming (why on earth did Bohl ever go with Peasley? Svoboda is leaps and bounds better)
5. SDSU (will depend on Mayden and how he plays each week)
6. USU (tough schedule so far and it doesn't get any easier with a really good James Madison team this week, the change to the true freshman at QB will give them a chance to move up this list)
7. CSU (which Rams team is the real one? Did they just play the game of their season? If not, they could also move up this list)
8. UNLV (nice OOC win for the Rebs, still need to prove they can win in the MWC)
9. SJSU
10. Nevada
11. Hawaii
12. New Mexico

Not looking ahead for my Falcons

1 win at a time.

Still finding that identity on offense with new QB but the line is blocking well and QB Larrier's 3-4 passing when needed last week should be a concern for others if he can maintain that consistency.  The defense is playing well, but we'll find out Friday night about our secondary against SJSU who will come out gunning from the opening series. 

Interesting start to the season and alot of parity in the MWC.

The Conference is actually fairly decent this year. Nevada gave KU all it could handle and they are near the bottom. 
 

Im looking forward to Wyoming/BYU next year. I wouldn’t be surprised to see BSU match up against BYU in a bowl game. Good TV rival game.

Question for you LTC - I have heard the stadium renovation at AFA is a mess (long lines, limited bathrooms, etc.) - is that still the case, or was it fixed / taken care of after week 1?  We are planning on making the trip down for the WYO vs. AFA game, but don't want to fight it much, if it is a mess.  Thanks for your dime.  Go Pokes!

Pretty Good: Boise 61, Wyo 71

Mediocre: SDSU 85, SJSU 90, UNLV 91, USU 92

Crummy but the QB looks really good: CSU 116

Terrible: Hawaii 126, UNR 132, UNM 133

Given that the bottom 3 are ranked as among the 8 worst FBS teams in the country and only Fresno, AFA and Boise are in the top half, I must take exception to any arguments that the conference is pretty good this year.

Massey still appears to heavily favor last years results. Computer rankings are garbage until at least midseason.

It's a work in progress but not 'doom and gloom' except for those that argue the 'sky is not true blue' on a clear day.

1. Best parking area in the MWC BUT only two ways to get there from north or south gate and to leave through the same gates. Traffic can and will get backed up. So if you get there early like 3 hours (3 1/2 you'll be golden) before to tailgate then no problem (we set up 4 before so I never have an issue). My good buddy from Cheyenne comes to every game and he drove into the gate just behind me last Friday

 

2. With construction they lost two ticket entry gates and added 1 temporary. If you wait until right before kickoff then you'll hate it. Go in 40min or more to get settled with a coke or a beer (yes we sell beer) to watch pre-game March on, parachute jump and flyby you are good for kickoff. Note that all concessions are cashless. Credit cards. Apple Pay, etc

3. Added temp toilets on the east side so while not the big bathrooms the facilities are there on the east and all normal are on the west.

4. No backpacks but a clear 12x12" pack/bag/purse ok. Closed 12 Oz bottle of water good. No metal spray can of suntan lotion.

Bottom line....get there early, have fun then watch what I expect will be a heck of a game. If you are in section L22 stop by L23 R 36 and say hi.

It's  never been a good venue for fans.  Now it's tolerable if you show up three hours before kickoff?  If you're tailgating, then fine.  If you're just there to watch a FB game, then not so good.
