House pressure appeared to lead to the plea deal getting pulled. But, it's in court now. You all know I'm a 2nd Amendment guy and I agree with this take. The ATF has and continues to overstep with it's interpretation of firearms laws. 5 years ago when I bought my new house, I also purchased a new pistol. I had to wait 3 days to take possession of it because I put my new address on the background check form. The new address didn't match the one on my driver's license, so I had a hold put on me. I had to go update my license to get my pistol. I've since solved that problem by getting my concealed carry permit, so now I don't have to fill out that stupid form. Phuck the ATF.
