That she really cared about you. The writer confessed she too was mesmerized by her, not only did she find her believable, genuine, and honest, but that Holmes cared about her. The writer said her Editor had to shatter that illusion on a couple of occasions regarding Holmes. The fact is, her product never lived up to the claims Holmes made and she continued to mislead her "investors" about the Companies profitability. Albeit, she did tap Rupert Murdoch for $125 mil.
