How hard is it to get a Colorado game vs. any other P5? It’s as easy as it gets. You’ve also been playing them at a neutral site at Bronco Stadium or Sports Authority or whatever they call it these days. Are you going back to playing them at CU and CSU? If the game isn’t in Fort Collins it wouldn’t count in this analysis, anyway.

No, you are correct.  SDSU v Oklahoma is a 2 for 1.

Interestingly, Colorado is the only Pac 12 school we've never played. That would be a fun H/H or even 2 for 1.

That's too bad, it sure seems like this should be played every year. What are the reasons they cancelled it as a yearly series?

Perception IMO.  CU didn’t want to be seen having an annual rivalry with a G5. Rumors are that behind the scenes, the two schools have been warming up to each other, just not on the AD level yet.

I think CU always hated having a rivalry game on week 1 as well.

They've been there before and recently on a two for one.

Had a H&H with wazzu for 2020/2021 with the first game in Logan scheduled, but da vid intervened. No present plans to reschedule lost game.

Years ago we had Okie St and Baylor on H&H. Baylor honored it. Okie St reneged on return game.

But also we have Week Zero and the Hawaii Exemption (extra game if you play in Hawaii) to thank.
