I doubt, however, you could get over 50 years of illegal, underhanded, and even dangerous shit from anyone in Congress or the MWCb. Trump is the best at something.

I'm not convinced Trump won't be elected... I kinda think he will be because those 'shy' Trump voters are still out there... including a few on this board.

The good thing we have going for us is that Trump is not all that smart... he's great at fooling the people who are easily manipulated but all he wants is personal power and money... he's out for himself and not concerned with much else... at some point soon he will be too senile to remember what he is doing and will just disappear.

The more concerning situation would be that someone evil, who is smarter than he is (not hard to be), will manipulate Trump and take control for themselves.  That may be a farfetched thought but that would be the main thing to be concerned about regarding the stability of our democracy.

I don't think he gets elected, but the probability of a Trump victory in November is more than high enough for concern.  It's still early.  Let's see if he actually shows for the first debate.  It's June now, but it's a long summer before fall.
