Most Americans know what fair play is....and this trial ain't it.   30 yrs ago when I left the Dem party I honestly thought the unintended consequences caused by their  policies were just naive.

This is intentional destruction of our court system.   Coming soon to a court room near you...your ass in the defendants chair for breaking a law no one can satisfactorily explain.

Remember... the only ones who have been charged and convicted of rigging or trying to overthrow elections are Republicans.  Fake electors, capitol stormers, and a president who stole the 2016 election through fraud.  Not only with Russian collusion but with these 34 frauds to cover up what a shithead he is right before voters went to the polls.

Trump’s lawyers were weak.   Frankly the evidence was very strong.  He is guilty of business fraud

Trump’s lawyers had to perform for Trump. His usual insistence of absolute denial hampered their ability to plant the seeds of reasonable doubt. He denied everything. A smarter strategy would have been to point out that boinking Stormy Daniels didn’t matter. Buying the story and burying it didn’t matter. He wasn’t on trial for that. If one juror could have been convinced that there was a reasonable doubt about what Trump thought the checks to Michael Cohen were paying for he would have walked. That’s what they should have focused on.

You think the evidence was strong here?  Imagine if Meek Merrick would have actually prosecuted the actual underlying crime he covered up with the payoff Cohen was jailed for!

12 people said he was guilty and not one had a reasonable doubt.  The bar to being found guilty is high
