Plus, as I mentioned yesterday, I think the convictions could easily get thrown out since the crimes involved were so nebulous that they could be found to be unconstitutionally vague. However, I disagree with Neo-con Jonathan Turley that holding will be made by a NY appellate court. Only the current US Supreme Court has enough GOP whores to do that.

The R nominee is a convicted felon, is twice impeached, was found liable for sexual assault in a civil case, and his org has been found criminally liable for fraud. He also has other ongoing criminal cases.

Yes, it all matters.  It's a big part of why he loses in November.  If he loses. 

But, I get what you are saying.  We live in a split post-truth society.  I listened a bit to local talk radio.   Amazing ignorance mixed with absorption of talking points/false framing even beyond what you see posted here.
