This actually started when the Dems covered for Billy Bob and then the Dem Senate provided cover for Eric Holder during his attempted impeachment.

The R's didn't start it, but they have proven they are willing to use, misuse, abuse, and ignore those standards for their benefit. DJT is not of their ilk, but they are willing to use him like a mercenary and burn the system down to rebuild it in their ca.1950 image.

I think the prosecution needs to answer a simple question that may be in the minds of the jury, "Why didn't Donald Trump just pay the porn star out of his personal assets?"

He could have easily done this.  He could have even set up the LLC as a go between so the check to Stormy didn't directly have his signature to conceal it from the media.  

Why DIDN'T he do that and instead decided to pay the money out of his business?  The reason is because his business and non-profit are used as his personal piggy banks.  These "businesses" are designed to defraud the tax authorities, investors, insurance companies, and banks as a matter of course with false or misleading business records.  

Donald Trump could simply not stand the fact that he would have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for this payoff without getting to defraud someone in the process.  So he made sure that he was able to fraudulently expense it as a business expense thereby lowering his taxes for his business by fraudulently reducing net profits with a phony payment.

Furthermore the "paying off of a pornstar" should have been treated as a taxable fringe benefit if paid by the business and Trump should have reported this on his taxes.  Your business cannot just buy you a Playstation, your groceries, car, or vacation villa and write it off as a business expense. You cannot just have your business pay off any personal expense without it being considered income to you.

The prosecution needs to make sure to enter his history of business frauds that have already been adjudicated in civil court.

What are the odds Trump comes unglued and attacks Stormy Daniels in the media this afternoon and finds himself in jail during one of his Wednesday or weekend free days coming up?  I say there is probably ab 75% chance!

Evangelicals believe you can be a serial offender and repeatedly commit any sin you want and be instantly "saved" just by believing in their god.  That is pretty convenient, isn't it?  Well any sin except for being gay or trans.

Plus, they're all about bringing on the Apocalypse faster so they can get to Judgement Day. Doesn't matter how they get there as long as they get there

The Ancient Greek word from which we get "Apocalypse"  doesn't mean end of the world or judgement day.   It means to take away the veil.  Truth will be revealed. English from Latin -- Revelation.  

Those "Left Behind" books and films were successful entertainment not serious theology. 

What were we talking about?
