Imagine the LOSS could go to one of those "club fed" type locations and they can build him his own small apartment with Secret Service quarters and be separated from the rest of the prison population -- It's not like the LOSS himself is a violent threat it's more his cult that does the violence, so the LOSS could just be separated in his own little studio apartment away from everyone else

Since that is exactly what would happen, the NY Times article is just silly.
