It's being reported that the bonding Co. (Knight Specialty Insurance) is a part of an "Insurance Group 'shared' by a major Republican donor" - *wink-wink* (per Rachel Maddow).  The TIFTIOSS has "friends"(lackeys) in high (stupid) places...

I think we will see even more of this in this upcoming election. Because "obviously" the democrats are cheating and voting many times and letting illegals votes so they will need to cheat as well to make things even. Then when they get caught and charged its just proof that the DOJ and law enforcement are biased against them for busting them and not all the millions of democrats that are cheating.

Late last night just before the deadline, Jack Smith filed the DoJ's response to Judge Cannon's bizarre jury instructions (two differing sets).  The link is a decent overview for lay persons.  A couple excerpts noted:

"The judge is asking the government to write jury instructions based on a misinterpretation of the law."

"Jack Smith basically says “you’re basing your order on a misinterpretation of a law that has no bearing on this case, and if you think it does you have to tell us now so we can drag your ass to the 11th circuit before double jeopardy attaches, and if you DO try to pull this off at trial, we will seek a writ of mandamus."

The jury instructions by Smith are wicked.  See link.

Too bad this is never going to go to trial before the election. If he wins he'll pardon himself. Cannon will have accomplished her mission, regardless of how tarnished her reputation becomes. There is always consulting work to be had for slimeballs who play the game.

Cannon is facilitating the delay in the documents trial.  I don't have a good handle on its timeline.  It could move quicker depending on the decisions by the 11th Circuit.

The Supreme Court completely muddled the J6 case by not hearing the immunity case then after the district panel ruled, granted cert to hear oral arguments for the same shit.  Oral arguments begin in three weeks.  The DoJ will ask for expedition, but I am skeptical that works.  The J6 trial could take place in the final run up and following the general election for a few weeks.  It's a mess.  That trial could have easily started in early summer and concluded by mid-summer.
