Another lie. You beat off to gun porn. Let me know when you tell the truth some day, killer.

You're the dude posting the gun and anti-gay porn.

Yet, you accuse others of your guilty pleasures.

I just heard on Morning Joe that Jack Smith could actually file additional charges in NJ for disseminating classified information at his golf club.  Perhaps this is the backup plan if Trump's Florida judge tries anything funny in Florida.

Yes.  That's been the thought even before the news of the tapes that are also in the SDFL indictment.  Marcy jumps around a bit in her latest blog, but NJ is in play and D.C. probably to a lesser extent.

I sure hope Jack knows how to win this. He’s taken some losses on the chin. But I think Garland has done a great job on the playbook of this.

The indictment is crystal clear with very good supporting evidence.  But something rotten in my gut is telling me Trump will be able to slime ball his way out of this.

I'd post that. But I do not have the time, desire or energy for a never ending back and forth debate on the topic. Did you read the opinion piece.

I will summarize my thoughts on it once..

Trump could have avoided this indictment , but he is a moron and fought against the investigation, and resisted working together with the investigation to return the documents.  even going against his legal teams advice. Whatever the consequences of being charged with all these felonies are Trump certainly deserves it. Trump created this problem for himself and as usual made it 100 times worse than it had to be for himself. The whole point of this article was that this is a familiar pattern with Trump, and a precursor to what a Trump second term would be, a never-ending cluster+++++ of scandal & retribution flowing both ways which is why he should not be president again, and why I won't vote for him again.   Maybe we will get lucky and he will stroke out, or his plane will crash and we can avoid the calamity of what appears to be a destructive. divisive, ugly & nasty presidential election.

Trump is not the first person who left the executive branch to brazenly and openly violate federal law and resisted investigations  regarding retention of documents, and other information. Not an excuse for Trump or what he did , however even  Trump restrained himself from prosecuting a political adversary , the Democrats couldn't help themselves. Prosecuting the major candidate from the other team is very politically risky for their party, and the political future for all of us, because the favor will be repaid when the other side gets the Justice department back. Is that really what is best for the country, you get short term satisfaction of charging Trump with felonies, yet the long term consequences will be tit for tat frivolous felony indictments of major candidates every 4 years. That is exactly what we need right?  The other major industrialized countries seem to have their act together and we seem to be stuck on chaos.   This will encourage the best and the brightest to serve as elected officials right?  Can we just change our name to Northern Venezuela when this all goes down ?

This is bullshit....utter +++++ing bullshit.  Trump's whole presidency was dedicated to trying to dig up dirt and find ANYTHING he could get on Biden and Hillary.  He politicized the DOJ and interfered extensively in investigations.

That is a good one, "Trump restrained himself."

You see this is why I am hesitant to participate in this conversation. You cannot maturely discuss points of disagreement. I am open to honest, and polite review of the points I made, perhaps I'd even change my mind if presented with a good argument.

You are pretty much on the same level as simpleute whose only addition to any conversation is hey look its a MAGA, MAGA bad, I don't like MAGA, smash MAGA!!!

One thing I'm not sure has been mentioned here is the notion or possibility that a trial, regardless of the possibility of 37 not guilty verdicts, is that Trump may choose to settle to avoid the public revelations that would occur.   Smith and the office have far more evidence than is presented in the indictment (and, plenty is there).  A public trial will be embarrassing.  Trump could, as I have read from some legal analysis, get the J6 investigation folded into a plea deal.

That's all speculation, but the multi-level components of the crimes are fairly well spelled out in the indictment.  Marcy, in today's blog, toots her own horn noting she had those laid out last August (via public info and documents following the legal search warrant execution at M-a-L).  Jury nullification almost seems the only hope for TFG.

You still haven't read the indictment.

You didn't follow the public release of the, albeit heavily redacted for good reasons, affidavit for the Aug. '22 search warrant nor detailed analysis that followed.

You should have cut that post short about halfway through the first of the two long paragraphs. That would have been sufficient w/o repeating the conflation talking points.

I have scanned through it. It is a big document , I am busy. Maybe If I was retired and drank bourbon in my backyard all day like you I would have the indictment memorized.

I never made any statement that the indictment was unfair, or frivolous, or unwarranted in any way. The felony charges against Trump are 100% legit. I tried to make that clear. What do you want from me?

This entire post was all over the map and loaded with contradictions. Lol. First, you talk about how bad Trump is, then follow it up with a diatribe of unfair teams.  Not about a simple right or wrong.

With you, it’s all about the gotcha revenge game.

Btw, try using paragraphs sometime.

Not a day drinker, btw.  Never cared for that at all.   Workouts during the day; relax in the evening.

1. It's not the Mueller Report or IG investigation into the IC or any other lengthy do.  49 pages w/formatting that makes it a quick and easy read.

If you don't have Spotify, this audio podcast of the indictment is probably available on Google, Apple, or other platforms.   Link below.

2. Agree which is why I think you should have stopped that post short of the final paragraph.  And, unlike certain other posters, I believe you are sincere in your rejection of Trump post-'20 Election Day.

3. A long, happy life. A great trip to New Zealand in the near future.  A beer at the Air Force game (I think I'm missing UCF).  And, of course to yank yer chain a bit.  This is my "be a prick outlet" in life   Lol.

Brilliant analyses!

Did you get your degree from University of Utah BTW.  They are an outstanding academic institution, you should probably give it back so as to not embarrass them.

I have a long flight to Hawaii coming up. I will definitely need some reading material.

Any other books you would recommend?
