These people both KNOWINGLY took pictures/classified documents when they knew they were not supposed to have them but they took them anyway.  They made an active decision.  Clinton/Biden/Pence seemed to just carelessly and without forethought mishandled or mixed in classified information with other records.

"For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail."

Yup, no such thing as privilege.

Y’all see the dozen or so “protestors” cosplaying in front of the courthouse? Hilarious shit. I hope we all understand by now that those retards are mainstream Republican voters. They are the party in its entirety. J6 was their convention. Prepare for terrorist attacks in the coming months. Most of them will fail because these people are +++++ing idiots but it only takes one. Be vigilant and do not trust anyone who voted trump in 2020. If they think you’re standing in the way of their theocratic fascist wet dream they won’t hesitate. 74 million potential mass murderers walk among us.

I agree with you that there are different levels of privilege for elites compared to the average person. Comey knew there wasn’t enough teeth to make anything stick with the DOJ for Hillary. Btw, I’m not a fan of hers at all.  Trump fired everyone in his cabinet that wasn’t his yes man.

Current FBI Director Wray, another Trump guy led the search of Mar-A-Lago.  Then followed that up with denouncing and investigating threats to law enforcement. So much for teams eh?

It’s absolutely ridiculous for most all of the GOP to claim this is nothing but weaponization and politically motivated efforts of Law Enforcement by Biden.  Very odd that nobody wants to discuss the massive national security threat we currently have with Donnie.

The fact that the worst president in history of our country is once again the GOP front runner tells you all you need to know about this entire process.

No surprise you have this pic in your spank bank, catlady.

Your ‘smack’ has gotten pretty desperate lately. Everything OK at home with the old lady? I know you don’t wear the pants at home, and that has to be frustrating. But I’d rather be the cat lady than the bitch of the household:

There was Top Secret info. in her emails, as well. And whether it was classified as Top Secret for her or not, a person in her position should be able to recognize that it is.

Where is the obstruction of justice for Hillary or Biden?  You seem to ignore the fact that your leader was given several chances to make this a nothing burger to quote @toonkee

Your whataboutisms are par for the MAGA/GOP course so don’t feel too bad.

And full disclosure, I currently have Hunter’s laptop in my possession and know what’s on it.

Again, the next Republican administration will investigate Biden. You know that. Why you are pretending not to know that, I have no idea.

I know, I guess what I’m saying is that there isn’t any sign from the media or Dems that Biden did anything wrong and broke the law. The GOP is doing the same thing with Trump, and they’re both wrong to say it’s a nothing burger.

Once you’ve gone full MAGA Borg like Convert, there is no turning back.

Critical thinking( if they had any to begin with) is the first thing replaced by hive thinking.  They get orders and complete their mission. Game over.

Biden was wrong but he fully cooperated.  Trump did the opposite.  Notice not a single doc he returned is included in the charges.  Hilary is less obvious but she is almost as sleazy as Trump which is why I didn’t vote for her.

Yeah, I know. Soup just chirps the MAGA company line each time. No research, no objectivity.

Trump knows his base very well.  They eat it up word for word.

There's a reason I've been calling him soup for brains for a long time now.

The situations aren’t identical though. We don’t “know” Biden broke the law because an investigation hasn’t occurred. In investigation of Trump has been conducted and we now have an unsealed indictment with some really damning evidence.

But it’s a little unclear how a full DOJ investigation would even work with Biden considering the DOJ can’t charge Biden with crimes. I’m guessing The House can investigate. Now that the debt ceiling has been resolved The House can move forward with some sort of investigation of their own if they want. And as I have said on here before, I would fully support such an investigation.

Nope.

"Partisan" Garland appointed Trump appointed Robert Hur to investigate any improper handling of classified documents.   Been a little quiet on that front...
