The blog link goes into much case history and the interplay of the Supreme Court and state/NY state law.  It's long and detailed.  I read some, skipped some, but the bottom line again on 175.05 is that it's a slam dunk.   As for applying 175.10, if there really are 34 counts and as felonies (at least many of them), it signals there is a lot more there, there.  Presumably, matters related to Trump Org.'s established behavior of tax and business fraud.
