You barely beat our worst team in 24 years at home.....lol

That does not change the fact you are .500 G5 trash

Boise meanwhile has one of the best winning percentages in all of football....while you are .500 trash

"That does not change the fact..." your hapless blu burros lost to UCF & their #3-QB & a fraction of their Starting-D

¿Is it their fault y'all suck ass again them?

Lol we were 7-5.  That team was our worst and it's not that close.  Ask any Boise fan and they will tell you that Harsin left the roster devoid of talent and we had the worst coordinator we have had since being D1. And you barey won.  At home.

BOTTOM LINE:  Y'all got beat by UCF

Shut your mouth & take it like a man.  Whoops maybe that won't wrk.  You're only half-a-man.

EXCUSES ARE LIKE A-HOLES:  We all got one & the blu burros ass stinks worse than any other ass in the MWC.

UCF didn’t get to the Big12 because of their prowess on the field/court.  It’s all about location/population and recruiting in Florida.  If Boise was in Florida and Orlando was in Idaho - Boise would be in the Big12.  Anyone who thinks differently is kidding themselves.  Congratulations on being located in Florida.

If, if's & butts were candies & nuts...  Y'all are the saddest bunch of whinny, crying, apologists.

Anyone who thinks crying about being located in Idaho is why y'all aren't in the Big-12 is kidding themselves.  Congratulations on being a sorry bunch o' losers crying in your sour grapes.

Yes, they beat our worst team this century, barely, at home....

Meanwhile CSU has never beaten Boise....

Report: Pac-12 prepping to add San Diego State

The Aztecs seem a shoe-in to join the Pac-12, but the conference has to complete its marathon search for a new TV deal first.

It's spring meetings season in college football, and over at Sports Illustrated Ross Dellenger has a table-setting piece establishing the state of play in every Power 5 conference.

The ACC might break up, or it might not. The Pac-12 may be weeks away from functional extinction, or it could be on the brink of a lifeline TV contract. The SEC and Big Ten might continue expanding, or they might not. The Big 12, once on death's door, could soon find itself stretching from Connecticut to Las Vegas

In short, there are a lot of balls in the air.

But within a sky of uncertainty, Dellenger dropped this line:

One thing is certain: The Pac-12 plans to expand by adding San Diego State and maybe SMU coinciding with its completion of a new TV deal.

Obviously SMU is included in that sentence, immediately preceded by a "maybe."

San Diego State would become the sixth school to move from a "have-not" to a "have" conference since the creation of the BCS in 1998 -- the others: Houston, Louisville, TCU, UCF, Utah -- and the biggest no-brainer of the bunch.

Los Angeles is the Pac-12's most important market, a market that will no longer carry a Pac-12 school once USC and UCLA leave in 2024. While San Diego State cannot begin to fill the void created by the Trojans and the Bruins, they're the only somewhat viable alternative.

Geography aside, San Diego State should be able to compete immediately in the major revenue sports. Aztec football has enjoyed 13 straight .500 or better seasons, with Mountain West titles in 2012, '15 and '16, and a division title with an AP Top 25 finish in 2021. SDSU also opened a brand new stadium just last season.

Aztec men's basketball has posted 18 consecutive winning seasons and played for the national championship just last month.

Academically, San Diego State is on the cusp of the top 150 in the (admittedly flawed) US News ranking. Again, that doesn't stack up to USC and UCLA, but SDSU is tied with Oregon State and ahead of Arizona State and Washington State.

While San Diego State "seems bound" to the Pac-12, their invitation is of course contingent upon there being a Pac-12 to join. Negotiations on a new TV deal are closing in on a full year now. July 1 stands as something of a firm deadline, and so if the Pac-12 is to ever complete to its marathon negotiations, a merciful end figures to arrive within the next six weeks.

Maybe. Perhaps. Stay tuned.

The B12 was desperate after the Red River connection went bye-bye. Everyone knows this. They had to plug holes.

I think BYU has earned a spot and have the firepower to adjust. I think they were a good add. And they’re my rival. So it pains me to say it.

Cincy isn’t terrible. But after that, it starts to get stinky. As in landfill stench.

Here's the MW bylaws and the pertinent section. (https://s3.amazonaws.com/sidearm.sites/mountainwest.sidearmsports.com/documents/2020/8/5/Appendix_A_Bylaws_.pdf)

(a) Any Member may resign from membership in the Conference effective June 30 of each year (the “Effective Date”) by delivering written notice to the Conference and the other Members on or before the preceding June 30th (the “Notice Date”).  The period from a Notice Date to an Effective Date is referred to herein as the “Interim Period.”  The resignation of a Member does not relieve the Member Institution from any obligations such Member Institution may have to the Conference as a result of obligations incurred or commitments made prior to the Effective Date.  (Revised June 2011, April 2021)

(b) Effective April 30, 2021 and thereafter any notice of resignation given by any Member shall be subject to the Notice Date referenced in subparagraph (a) above and the following:  the resigning Member shall pay to the Conference as an Exit Fee an amount equal to three times the average per Member Conference distribution payment for the preceding year. (the “Timely Notice Exit Fee”) If the resigning member gives notice after the established “Notice Date”, the resigning Member shall pay to the Conference as an Exit Fee an amount equal to double the Timely Notice Exit Fee.  After receiving Notice of Resignation from a Member, all payments due that Member from the Conference shall be withheld and applied to that Member’s Exit Fee.  The balance of the Member’s Exit Fee as provided above, shall be paid by the Member to the Conference on or before the Effective Date.  (Revised June 2011, January 2013, July 2016, April 2021)

Yup. That poster is clueless and so is Layne Abbott.

Someone more knowledgeable about this stuff than me recently said to expect the SDSU to the Pac announcement to be made sometime between June 1 and the FIRST day of summer, June 21.

I will vomit as I say this, but BYU has P5 level facilities, fan support and historical performance in football to merit an invite. Their lack of investment into research and LGBTQ policies on campus likely kept them out of a P5 conference for longer than they should've been.. well besides being the most obnoxious fan base and institution out there in my very biased opinion.

Cincy is a tier down, but decent.

The rest don't even merit mentioning because their add was so laughably bad and mostly based on geography and desperation.

There are only two things I can't stand in this world: people who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.
