Actually according to sports-reference  that team was your 3rd best team of the last 10 years.  The worst team of the last 24 years for you was your 1999 team, followed by your 2001 team, then your 2005 team.  Your best season was 2010:

Interestingly enough, the year you played UCF was by far your hardest schedule ever.  Your schedule that year would’ve also been our hardest ever, if you replaced us (can’t play ourselves) with your 2020 team-the closest analogue to our 2021 team.  You had a legitimately tough schedule that year!

Lol we were 7-5.  That team was our worst and it's not that close.  Ask any Boise fan and they will tell you that Harsin left the roster devoid of talent and we had the worst coordinator we have had since being D1. And you barey won.  At home.

UCF didn’t get to the Big12 because of their prowess on the field/court.  It’s all about location/population and recruiting in Florida.  If Boise was in Florida and Orlando was in Idaho - Boise would be in the Big12.  Anyone who thinks differently is kidding themselves.  Congratulations on being located in Florida.

The negotiations would be between the B12 and the incoming members. I’m guessing SDSU would come in with partial share until the next contract or at least gradually move up to full shares. Based on comments coming out of SDSU they are having talks with both conferences. Unfortunately that doesn’t mean they will get an invite. SDSU AD has apparently enough info to say they will be in either the B12 or PAC12. Maybe he is just speculating like us.

The SDSU AD Wicker is just putting out info to create a bidding war between the PAC12 vs B12 and just wants to start a unnecessary thread. He doesn't know anything and has been pretty much been called out at his tactic by multiple sources. Even Swaim guy said what he did is not smart.

I trust those who admit they don't know and promise not to act as if "speculation and rumor" are the same as facts. Wilner/Conzamo always make it clear what is conjecture and what they know from a direct and reliable source. The Big 12 blog army (just slightly smaller than China's standing army) doesn't even pretend to be objective. If these posters were just idiots with a keyboard and microphone, that would be bad enough, but they willingly carry the water for the agenda-driven media consultants whose entire goal is to drive down the value of the conference they are competing with. The latest fabrication is the red-hot rumor that Oregon/Washington are mere seconds away from leaving the comfort of the west coast, so they can send their OLY sports to New Jersey and Maryland.
