Yes.  He's going to Georgia, Washington, Wazzu, and Oklahoma.  He said he's "locked in" but wants to take trips in case something happens.  He already has offers from Washington and Wazzu but not from Oklahoma or Georgia.  So who knows what's going to happen.  Unless the school is a top 5-10 football program any highly regarded early verbal is a crap shoot.

Dunno, but I can guarantee one thing - it's a hell of a lot more than $0, which is pretty close to what he'd get at SDSU.

I've read in the EVT JR Tolliver and others are trying to get a program going.

Imo, the alumni and big money donors shot their wad on the Stadium.

FWIW, Aztecs add Bobby Hauck's son to program as a Recruiting Coordinator. If he's anything like his dad, I welcome him aboard.

SDSU got a crystal ball prediction for safety Foster Slaughter from Bishop Alemany. We’ll see if it comes to fruition.  He’s a three star with a 247 ranking of 0.873 and grades as the 58th best safety in the country and the 53rd best player in CA.  He has offers from the following schools:

Florida State

LSU

He wasn't considering SDSU until his Cousin Stacey Bey committed. State came late to the game in early March when Demarius Sumlin reached out to him.

 

Three very good commits on the Defensive side.

Last year everyone of SDSU's commits ended up signing their NLI with SDSU.

Let's hope they remain perfect for 2024.

See the Aztecs have hired Jimmy Beal to be the RB Coach. FCS coach for 15 years, the last 3 at Montana St.  Played at Montana St as well. First crack at FBS, I wish him well. Go Aztecs!
