The Lobos dodged a bullet in Laramie but couldn’t do it in Fresno. The Lobos will regroup and be very tough to beat in the PIt. They’ll challenge SDSU and USU for the regular season MWC crown. Clog the middle and pressure the guards. FSU made Los Lobos play a half court game. UNLV and SDSU are both more athletic and stronger than FSU, imo, and will pressure UNM from sideline to sideline. And if KJ Jenkins isn’t available to come off the bench (the bulldogs bench outscored ours, 21-3 is what I heard on AM radio), it’ll be another long game/s for us. I thought we had a shot to get a signature win against the last undefeated team in the nation. Now.....the Lobos will be dialed in for sure.
