    I feel for Milton...this isn't how you want to go out, and it's never a happy circumstance when a young man gets injured like that. I wish him a complete recovery.

    Until there is a 12 or 16-team CFP, there will always be a concerted effort by the P5 and its agent, the CFP Committee, to subjugate non-power schools & conferences.

    Yep, it's a terrible trade off, and ESPN isn't paying them all that well to justify what it's doing to the fans. Conversely, though, one must wonder what the ticket sales were prior to this development that the schools actually thought this was a move in the RIGHT direction....

    G5 playoff is a concession that there are, in fact, two levels in FBS. This idea should be avoided like the plague. Since there are 10 FBS conferences, and P5/G5 pairings that is geographically similar PAC12/MWC; Big 10/MAC, etc., there should be a promotion/relegation system.

    Terrible spot chain measurement by the refs there. Fresno St got jobbed.

    We have a lot of raw players that are talented. Our depth is showing, but the inexperience is what will expose us. We need some help on the defensive line. We get gashed too often, and I fear Tedford & McMaryion is going to pick us apart. Also I've notice that our LBs go through really bad phases where they make the wrong read and/or get caught up in the wash of the DL/OL when trying to plug gaps.

    The way Fresno St & USU are playing combined with how many injuries BSU has on defense so far...I am not hopeful for the games vs FSU and USU. I am developing a dreadful sense that Harsin and company are doing less with more.

    It's as if Boise State is allergic to having a complete team, always an aspect incomplete, and this year it's special teams.
