  1. I agree with what others have said. No hate to NDSU. They are a fun club and I always root for them when they play a FBS powerhouse, but they are too far from the rest of the MWC and would be better suited in the MAC with their location and facilities. They could try the INDY as it paid off for BYU albeit it was 10 years for that payoff. NDSU has a short storied tradition and would have no problem generating a competitive and fun INDY schedule.

Still think UTSA would've been a HR for the Mountain west but oh well.

  2. I don’t think the SJSU or NEVADA should be an option. That game should have never been played or at least moved to Mackey. The smoke was awful and I think it definitely affected both teams as far as performance.

That said, I’m going with UNLV for letting HAWAII storm back in the 4th quarter after owning them 3/4s of the game.

Cincy and USF are both just outside the top-25....in theory the winner of the upcoming Cincy vs USF game at Nippert should be ranked the next week.

Houston has Memphis, Temple, and SMU coming up so we'll see if they can hold on to that ranking.

Temple has really thrown a wrench into the AAC. Wildcard to steal some more “bids”

USF was an overrated team that barely hung on to beat freaking UConn. The AAC "appears" to be stronger because they've beaten up on more midgets than the MWC has. The top of that conference isn't any different than the top of ours is, and the bottom is just as terrible as the bottom of the MWC is.

And Fresno couldn’t hang on to beat Cellar dweller Minnesota... Boise, SDSU, And Nevada at one point got curbstomped in an OOC game. The AAC took care of business as overrated as you think any team is from there, they got it done.

Houston is at 17... major overreaction to them beating an incredibly overrated USF team.

Yet Fresno and Utah State haven't beat anyone of note... for all we know they could be overrated also.

Houston can at least hang their hat on a win against an unbeaten ranked opponent in what appears to be a tougher conference.

Just from watching stat tracker, I've seen we've gone from up 9 to only up 2 now.   Does it look like Muss wants to win this one or is he more concerned about getting everyone some PT?

A combination of both maybe plus we have 6 players who have never played a Nevada game on the court tonight. Feeling things out.

Supposedly they wanted to go to SDSU but we didn’t have the scholarships at the time, not sure how accurate that is tho

I’m going to say that is not accurate at all and most likely a wishful Aztec fans rumor.
