  1. Those 20 some players wouldn't have made any difference Georgia would have still scored 60+ points. Georgia had 10+ opt out, Truthfully, without their Heisman candidate QB Jordan Travis Florida State was just not a playoff team. Georgia put in their backups after Halftime and played the 3rd string in the 4th quarter. Thats why Michigan reacted in surprise and respect to playing Alabama, because everyone wanted to play a hapless Florida State with a novice true freshman QB. The QB makes a huge difference, case and point. Oregon State DJ U didn't play against Notre Dame and we saw a hapless Oregon State offense get trounced by Notre Dame 40 -8.
  2. We cannot complain, Florida State cannot complain about not making the playoff anymore. Even playing their 3rd string true freshman in the second half, Georgia is taking Florida State out to the woodshed. Still not as bad as the all-time beat down TCU got last year, but jeez Georgia and Alabama are just loaded teams.
  3. Oregon State QB DJ Uiagalelei entering the transfer portal and eyeing Florida State and Louisville. DJ is from Inland Empire, Southern California. Washington State QB Cam Ward entering the transfer portal and eyeing Nebraska and Miami. Cam is from Lake Jackson, Texas. They both entered the transfer portal for many reasons, but I bet WSU/OSU going Quasi-Independent 2 Team Conference with no solid AQ Status didn't help either. And it's reasonable to think they both will get better NIL pay days in ACC and B10 schools they are currently eyeing now.
  4. I could be wrong, but I think most of us are talking about the Locked on B12 podcast with the guest named something like ejaculate view or something? Saying that WSU/OSU would get $320 Million for being in the CFB playoffs payout or something like that? And they got debunked for both the $320 million and WSU/OSU joining the B12 by the Monty Show and other media sources? Or is there another $300 million pay day on top of that Locked on BIG 12 podcast debunked CFP $320 million payout for over a half a $ billion in payouts for WSU/OSU? Here one of the debunked Locked on BIG 12 videos that everyone that is credible called total BS, they tried to back peddle in future videos but it was too late!
  5. I'm not sure if the Oregon legislatures would do the same thing as UCLA with Cal. It would be the tax payers suing the themselves, asking the tax payers to pay for a public school OSU for damages from public school Oregon might not be politically popular in the same voting State of Oregon. Like the old saying goes, "You will never know until you ask the question, because if you don't ask the question the answer is 100% 'No' every time". Couldn't hurt to try to see if they might get some form of payout for damages.
  6. I used to doubt Monty but his sources are legit. Now I listen to Monty about MWC, PAC12 and Conference Realignment and that Locked on B12 Podcast has been put on notice by both Monty Show and 365 Sports they are dabbling in fantasy not reality!
  7. Is this a Hawaii fire the head coaching thread? I've grown accustomed to the fire Hawaii coaches for so long I thought it finally made it to the MWC board? What Boise State needs is Chris Peterson back, just like Hawaii needs either June Jones or maybe Nick Rolovich back if Timmy Chang cannot figure this out. Somebody has to figure a way to convince Chris Peterson to leave the Fox Sports team or is it CBS Sports?
  8. Everybody knows that Hawaii QB Schager is not dual threat and he not going running the ball. The Hawaii Oline is pilau and Schager is getting lickens by the defense. No run game! Hawaii WR McBride is open all game but Schager has no time and has happy feet in the pocket. UNLV Odom and his staff is outcoaching Hawaii Chang and his staff in the first half. That Hawaii AD that didn't hire June Jones needs to get his okole kicked!
  9. I think Florida State & Clemson want to be in the SEC with Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, etc. The B12 will be looking at the Louisville & North Carolina with those strong Basketball brands and good football brands. The other schools are up in the air, of how they land. The ACC will have at least back fill with Memphis and Tulane. Of course, none of us really knows if Clemson really has the grant of rights beater set to be unleashed?
  10. Your honor, I would like to remind the jury that the $34 million exit fee also has administrative fees that could be an extra couple million. Even with possible negotiations those pesky administrative fees keep popping up. Your right nobody is leaving to pay an exit fee and administrative fees on top of that. Only if the PAC 12 has something like that to hold the line. It like going to the car dealer to buy a car and they hit you with administrative fees at the end.
  11. Gloria Nevarez has stated in an interview in 365 sports that the MWC TV media contract is up in 2026. And the MWC would start negotiations in for a new TV deal would start in 2025. Unless, there is a signed written agreement between the MWC/PAC and a new TV media deal in place before 2025. Gloria will be treating it as business as usual and the MWC TV media negotiations will start in 2025. With either the MWC/PAC 14 team full merger or a MWC with 14 teams the exit fee is going to be more than $34 million dollars going forward. MWC exit fee does not go away in 2026, more likely the 3x multiplier exit fee will go up with a higher annual revenue value. Thats kinda the reality of the situation, after SDSU decided to leave, then beg to get back in. Nobody is going to make that type of decision without a guarantee and way more money. Gloria has stated that any MWC can leave and pay the exit if they feel what they have to do what's best for their institution. She knows that's a possibility, but knows if they stick together they can make way more money with a Full Merger and no exit fees. Or if the lawsuit doesn't go well, the PAC 2 can always join the MWC outright. Gloria knows the exit fees and uncertainty will keep the MWC together, but after the lawsuit completion brings more clarity and we know which direction the PAC & MWC are going together. The MWC members will have to decide whether the exit fees are worth paying or take the deal Gloria and the PAC2 have put in place for the future full merger. Some folks forget that Gloria represents the MWC and all of its members in the negotiations with the PAC2. Gloria doesn't represent a singular member or a portion of the members. This will be an all or nothing decision from her standpoint, but if some don't want that they might have to consider that $34 million exit fee. And Gloria has made it known there will be no discounts, ask SDSU.
  12. Mr. Jesus, I said ranked multiple times, not finished ranked multiple times. Hawaii has been ranked in 2006, 2007 & 2010. Did you move the goal post on me?
  13. Listen Beaver, Hawaii loves us some Wyoming Football, we have been playing for the paniolo trophy since back to old WAC days. Don't bring in Wyoming into this! I gave you a nice write up and if you don't get it, it not my fault? I'm sorry but I can't fix stupid?
  14. Touche my good friend, this particular Beaver Poke elitist OSU fan Resideses in Corvalis! Quite right! I forgive you for your blasphemy Mr. Jesus, you probably need to look back at 2006, 2007 and 2010. Multiple times in 20 years.
  15. I see you stretched it back to 23 years, instead of a couple decades 20 years, well played! Hawaii always supports it's premier University, if your talking about a new Stadium that is at the government level of bureaucracy. Same reason it hard to get thing built in California, that why Elon Musk moved to Texas and got his Giga Factory built in Austin at a record setting pace in 18 months. That would have taking him 5 years or more in Northern California. Hawaii has the same amount of blocking by activist & lobbyist to build anything, anywhere in Hawaii. It's not about the State or Fans not supporting it's premier University, you can't compare the activist & lobbyist blocking everything in Hawaii to most other states, except California. Plus, fact Oregon State remodeled it's Stadium not build a brand new stadium. That a huge difference. Aloha Stadium wasn't able to be renovated anymore it has to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. It takes way longer to tear down and rebuild from scratch, than to remodel within the already built stadium with minimal impact to the environment for permits and activist & lobbyist to intervene. It's easier to build on an empty lot than tear down and rebuild. Apples to Oranges scenario. The TC Ching Field is not the best option, but on an Island with limited space, got to make lemons into lemonade. The attendance will go up as the team wins games, just like any other school. But to get back to the times when Hawaii was ranked it wasn't unusual for Aloha Stadium to have 35K to full house 50K attendance consistently. To return to those levels it has to be when the new Stadium is built, TC Ching field could be expanded to 20K but after that it's probably best to wait until the new stadium is built for safety reasons. As far as TV and Streaming eyeballs, Hawaii doesn't take a Revenue Share from the MWC for home games, Hawaii opted to keep it's own pay per view service for home games. Not many teams have the support of their entire State like Hawaii to pull off their own PPV for sports. I'm not going to look up every team that has played Hawaii will or has taken advantage of that 13th game in 2022. Because I know that some used the 13 game in 2022, some defer to use it in a future schedule. I can't predict the future when they will opt in to grab that bag of money for that 13th game. Some will use it on the 0 week game in a future schedule to give their team an extra bye week for on a 12-game season. Too many benefits of scheduling Hawaii with that 13 game or 0 week game to add and extra bye week or more live game reps for team building or extra pay day game. Hawaii also brings with it the Hawaii Bowl, yep a bowl game that comes with having Hawaii as a conference member. But the State of Hawaii doesn't support its Premier University at an acceptable level?! The State of Hawaii fans and Hawaii Government pays for teams to fly to Hawaii to play Football, but doesn't support Hawaii Premier University at an acceptable level?! If you're talking about money, State of Hawaii has supported it's Premier University for decades. If you talking about the attendance of game at the temporary TC Field then that has some limitations due to limited space being available on an Island and parking at TC Ching is a beast to find. Oregon State in Pullman is not exactly the most expensive place to live the COLA probably isn't anywhere near San Francisco, New York, Washington DC or Honolulu? This is a complex issue. And I gave you more than you deserved! I'm not wasting any more time educating you and if you want to look back to see how many teams used that 13 game in 2022 from previous seasons credit or just that season in some form or fashion. Knock yourself out, have fun that! The voters put OSU too high at 14th in the nation and now we know there were overrated. DJ U was overrated at Clemson and everyone knew it, that's why he sat in the portal so long, Alabama and so many other teams needed a QB and they passed on DJ U. There was even a time when it as DJ U to Hawaii, which none of us really wanted to pay the NIL for him. Thank goodness OSU paid to NLI him away from Hawaii, none of us wanted to overpay for an overrated QB. Hawaii used that money for pay for travel subs or other more fitting options.
