    Got the feeling from comments made by sawvel during the Aaron Bohl presser that polasek was getting replaced regardless of him leaving.

    I think we are more likely to see some sort of altercation occur against the Phillipines or another South China Sea neighbor. Getting to the point there with ships ramming each other that shooting is the next logical escalation.

    ^makes sense. CO Supreme Court should have dismissed the suite and not ruled on it.

    And really the only avenue for enforcing it was through congress as specifically called out in the amendment. So it's really up to congress, not the courts to decide.

    Interesting comment I saw was that since there is no legal standard by the CO Supreme Court to decide insurrection, that an argument could be made that any president easing sanctions on a country could be guilty of giving aid and comfort to the enemy and qualified as an insurrectionist based purely on subjective opinion of the judges.

    Which if that's the case, this makes the CO Supreme Court look very biased and incapable of being impartial.
