Whether it is bringing the right players or x's & o's, they are both part of coaching. I've been impressed that unlike some previous coaches, Kruger hasn't been complacent this year. Up and down the lineup different guys are being used at varying minutes all through the season. Hicks and Whaley have become huge players midseason. Some former coaches would have had Webster play 20 minutes tonight. It was not what the game called for, especially after missing over three weeks. Also another impressive part is that the team only shot 8 threes tonight. They never really settled tonight and made a big difference.
I believe Kruger has won another year. This year may not end in a tournament berth, but it shows progress as a team and for Kruger as a coach.
