  1. I don't blame you. That was horrible to watch. Unbelievable.
  2. Man, that is a terrible way to lose. Tough, tough break UNR. Bronco fans were jumping off of a cliff after their loss. If they had gone 0-10 with a loss like that, this city would be burning to the ground right now.
  3. I generally pick against teams that feel they got slighted in the postseason. It happens all of the time in bowl games and teams that get relegated to the NIT. They generally end up losing. This feels like one of those. Not only is Colorado incredibly hot and talented, but Boise clearly feels like they should have been seeded higher (rightfully). Not a good combination.
  4. The committee screwed the MW big-time. All but SDSU have a serious gripe, but looking at Boise, they played 20 games against teams in the NCAAs or NIT and went 10-10 in those games. The schedule clearly didn't matter to the committee. Meanwhile Dayton had ZERO wins against NCAA teams and gets a better seed than five MW teams.
  5. That's what BJ said in his morning show.
  6. Agbo is going to walk. Likely will test out the NBA waters, but most likely comes back.
  7. Almost on queue, I mentioned Boise having (arguably) the best 2-5 in the league. Their line: 80 pts, 32 rbds (12 offensive), 8 asts, 4 stls, 4 blks, 2 TOs. That's an insane line.
  8. He's a beast. I'm not even sure Boise coaches knew what they had early in the season (neither did St Johns). Foul trouble has limited his minutes once they figured it out.
  9. Boise's first league bye was the first game. Not ideal. I'm more irritated about why Boise only plays against Wyoming football in late November.
  10. That equates to 7 or 8 games some of which will be back to back, so likely four, maybe give charter flights. Doesn't really sound that rough. It's the non-revenue sports that'll be rough.
  11. Seems to be an issue/non issue with baggie basketball. It's a basketball coaching springboard, but they always seem to be fine.
  12. Boise only losing Rice and Martin next season (if everyone comes back). Probably bring in a transfer big, unless Emmanuel Ugbo is D1 ready. Could be a special year.
  13. He was 1st team All League playing the 5 as a SO last year. Shouldn't be shocking.
  14. Might be. Team two years ago was pretty dang good.
  15. You provide great commentary. You should really post more.
  16. Boise has always been the blue and orange Broncos. Denver was the poo and pee Broncos until they decided to copy THE Boise State Broncos.
  17. I've never really paid much attention to the intro song before you said this. But now that I know, you guys can have it back.
  18. They are solid in now. They've been 7-8 seed in the latest. All Q1ish left. Losing out would make it really tight. 1-2, makes them sweat a bit, but probably in. 2-1 and they're golden and likely favored in their first game.
  19. Yeah, Boise has never been known as a school that comes up with their own thing.
  20. That's not uncommon for you. Looking at the secondary market for tickets, this will likely be the best crowd Boise has ever had. I also don't see a bad matchup for Boise in this league. Last year's team had some glaring flaws they had to overcome. Not that they're better than any of the top teams, but they match up well against the rest of the league.
  21. Boise was in desperate need of a bye a couple of weeks ago and came back from it looking completely rejuvenated. Hopefully, that happens for the lobos... ... but also, hopefully they need to knock off the rust before the rejuvenation kicks in.
  22. They win in Logan and they'll be fine.
