People are moving there because it’s less expensive. Lots of land to sprawl, build and more build. Not so much in older cities.

Great trip. We did it twice with Nevada. Stay downtown Chicago, take the train in on game day, bus to venue. We did the college football hall of fame our first time there but I’m pretty sure it has moved. The stadium is beautiful but like sitting in a sardine can. Prepare thy wallet for an as$kicking. That’s a pricey trip.
