  1. We all have our crosses to bear. We mustn’t judge too harshly.
  2. Sir, size does not matter to a girl like me. You’re going to have to up the offer.
  3. Let’s get one thing straight here, Natty. Yes time has softened me. I’m more anxious and cautious than I used to be. Family as passengers will do that to you. But even today I’d still be the quarterback and short stop on the MWboard team. It’s nice to have hobbies like walking in the woods and sliding down manicured slopes. And if we’re gonna take that beach you’re gonna get on my ass. Doesn’t mean I have to like it. Also, check out Shoresy and Letterkenny on Hulu. It’s Canadian humor but these are the moderate Canadians that the US should support.
  4. I’m a nervous driver that grew up in a small town. I used Mccarran (Reno’s loop road) for three months when I moved away rather than getting on the freeway.
  5. Sepp knows his role. July. He takes out Tadej for Jonas or dies trying.
  6. Boise’s own Matteo Jorgenson does it again! Normally I wouldn’t care about Dwars door Vlaanderan (which I think means something something Flanders). But an American just won this classic for the first time. After already winning Paris Nice the kid has a good shot at winning America’s first monument ever at Flanders next week. This is partly due to a horrible crash in the middle of the race. Many big names gunning for these spring classics were taken out including Matteo’s leader Wout Van Aert. Wout’s done for months. Visma has to scramble to find a new plan going forward. And Matteo is looking like the most likely candidate to lead in the spring classics.
  7. Also I prefer the French Siri. I can’t understand her but I can’t understand the SLC freeway either.
  8. If you’re familiar with it I get it. People fly down it and traffic has never been a problem. The problem is all these damn numbered streets and the junctions and the lanes you gotta be in. I feel like a grandma (no offense you know who) trying navigate it just to get to in and out burger. I can get to the Delta center fine. Anywhere else I’m white knuckled.
  9. Your freeway is a pain in the balls if you’re not familiar with it. Is that from the Olympics? I’ve never been more confused how to get anywhere.
  10. How do teammates help one another in track other than when the scores are tallied up once everyone stops running? Cycling is absolutely physical ability, but it also contains strategy, tactics, politics, and unpredictability. Nobody is sacrificing themselves during a track race to give nutrition to a teammate on the track. It’s human athleticism in its purest form.
  11. It was an honest question. I chose baseball and god bless them but I don’t remember my track coaches teaching one valuable thing that would have changed anything. By college is there much to teach about mechanics? It seems like by that point it’s all motivation, discipline, and nutrition. I’m not trying to drag the sport, they’re amazing athletes. But it seems to me it’s not a skill game. You have it or you don’t.
  12. I’m not trying to drag it. Track runners are amazing athletes. I just don’t see what there is to coach there. Cycling is a team sport. Are there tactics in running beyond what I figured out myself in middle school which is to follow and then go anaerobic when least suspected? That’s not a skill to be refined.
  13. I know I shouldn’t be talking smack because I watch cycling but what are the X’s and O’s of running track. Shotput, pole vault and the like I can see it. But running? Run faster than the other guys. Do that.
  14. Almost everyone agrees it’s Dutch or Fish. Take your pick. Dutch inherited a turn key program and made it successful on a very rare level. Fish took a piece of crap out of the scrap yard and turned into something beautiful. Most people fail at either of these things, few can do both. There’s no wrong answer unless you pick somebody else.
  15. If they come for him we can’t stop them. Too much money. He’s a good Nevada coach and rebuilt our program from scratch. I’d like to keep him but oh well.
  16. I stand by that you are explicitly retarded. No one bothers to dispute that.
  17. Ron Artest and Stephen Jackson did nothing wrong. Remember that, Nick.
  18. Aright Aztecs, pitter patter let’s get at her.
  19. It’s implied that you are retarded. The thing is, that’s explicit. It’s not the IDF’s fault war was declared and Hamas took hostages.
  20. Tadej unleashed the dragon all week. Bernal is set to get his first GC podium since his career altering crash 4 years ago.
  21. Yes it would be a shame if their kidnappers were interrupted in their indefinite abuse, rape, and sodomizing the hostages by starting a war.
