Both well coached (see past tense) teams. I never understood why Wyo fans never seemed to embrace Tiller? He always had his teams ready to play. Lubick conversely, the Sheep loved him.

Lots of references to SDSU, Scouts are NOT SDSU more along the lines (this year) of NM or SJSU. This is a BAD Scout team, no speed and already injuries have crippled. Take Boise big!

SDSU is Hot and Cold. WE have played two good games, Stanford (yes we lost on the road but physically hammered them-tough to cover a kid 6'7"). Boise was a quality win. SDSU always plays up to the level (see Stanford, Boise) or down to the level (SJSU) of its competition. Always (since Rocky).

The emotional aspect of the College game is primary in my addiction to D-1 FB.

Reed HS grad coming back to town pissed Nevada didn't offer. Front page article this morning in the Trib about how he was pissed the local school didn't offer as he was "too small" (6'3')... Expect over 200 locally wearing Red & Black. Great kid, excellent attitude and a huge presence on the field. Go Aztecs, Go Pack!

Agree, and also happy I missed (our mess) last weekends game. They are still buying the meal from their staff, that states something.

This game concerns me more than Boise (certainly more the San Joser - pfff embarrassing how we played down to their level). I follow the Pack closely as my family is from Nevada (see mid 1800's) and were ranchers. Dad boxed at UNR and a big piece of Sparks was the original family ranch. Nevada is extremely well coached (unlike the predecessor that I witnessed in Reno with Mug). Gangi is all that and a bag of chips and the fact that he is healthy will test our D (see that kid "Something-Orange" too, nails, wish we had the quality and size at WR). Nevada's D is playing well, a win in HI is impressive and says volumes. This game will be reflective of our coaching staff as they really need to bring some magic and (hello) imagination for a change. Nevada is my second favorite team and the comments about the stadium etc...Whatever and again at least you have one. Here is to an injury free game (I know, not going to happen). Go Aztecs Go Pack!
