  1. Good, election interference shouldn’t be allowed.
  2. Peace loving people will look kindly upon him.
  3. Why isn’t Biden on this list?
  4. No, that he got dementia and hopefully was able to eat a lot of McConnell’s ice cream at the end.
  5. I watched a documentary on that, crazy. Wasn’t it Reagan that said trust, but verify?
  6. The one bookkeeper was a particularly dim bulb, embezzling to the point of bounced checks.
  7. A couple of recent local articles about > 1 MM thefts by employees. I know there are some business owners on this forum. If you don’t have control and 100% knowledge over disbursements, it may be prudent to review disbursements and internal disbursement controls. https://amp.modbee.com/news/local/article285722351.html https://www.modbee.com/news/local/crime/article286027406.html#userId=21be126d4b62223e201359bb743da78956b77d53c6742c5a2b635fa2c34499e7
  8. @halfmanhalfbronco Do you recall our back & forth on Brian Laundrie suicide? I felt his suicide was the best possible outcome, you thought the family deserved answers. As I suspected, it faded from the news near instantly. Hopefully, the Petito was able to find peace faster versus years and decades working thru the system. Too bad Thomas wasn’t so inclined. page 9 & 10
  9. Assuming guilty, justice, vengeance maybe, maybe both.
  10. Understood, but disagree. California residents need to shit in a Panera sandwich.
  11. Anybody else tired of elites not abiding by laws and mandates they foist on others? Seems like Newsom’s buddy at Panera got a nice carve-out exemption to the $20 / hour minimum wage set to go into effect in about a month. Newsom winery gets special treatment during coof mandates and who can forget the French Laundry incident. https://www.kcra.com/article/report-california-fast-food-law-panera-newsoms-relationship-with-billionaire-franchisee/60014966
  12. They have collected $200 million in back taxes during 1st six months. https://www.npr.org/2024/01/30/1227851166/tax-return-irs-danny-werfel
  13. “Received in Cash” as in using your home as ATM, improvements wouldn’t be cash.
  14. Also, debt proceeds RECEIVED IN CASH, should be taxed as income as well. That is another trick the wealthy use to avoid taxes.
  15. I grew up in Wisconsin thru my Freshman year of high school. Wisconsin abolished the death penalty early in its statehood after a botched hanging in Kenosha. As an adult, I was staunch pro death penalty until the last 5-10 years and the change in stance 100% from MWCBOARDING. Conceptually, I struggle to justify the death penalty, practically and err on side of caution I am effectively anti-death penalty. Sorry for your relative and others that will be involved or performing the act. Maybe if enough people on the death crew are opposed and refuse, it could affect the outcome in the way the system refuses to do. But, that would most likely result in loss of employment, few would be willing to do that. As a Christian, I believe God can save us from all sin. I don’t understand it, but … But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. … If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7, 9)
  16. Furthermore, traditional retirement merely DEFERRED paying the taxes and the thinking was people would be in a lower tax bracket when retired. Well, inflation blew that theory to hell, the government is about to receive a boomer windfall as RMD’s kick in and Trump tax cuts expire. Roth’s are allowing ~ 2/3 of associated income to be UNTAXED, a boon mostly to upper income folks.
