In Civics class in high school , I learned, or was taught, that the SCOTUS decided all issues by their adherence to the Constitution. Now they profess to make moral decisions for me because they know better. What goes on behind closed doors by two consenting adults is their business not mine. Whether or not homosexuals should get minority status is clearly a separate issue. The constitution says nothing in regards to sexual relationships. Henceforth, not the SCOTUS ' business. Next up..............NAMBLA, you are on deck. Then 2nd Amendment rights , and then Tax Exemption for religion. Wrap it up with a SCOTUS vote on flat tax.
