  1. It’s a stupid one.. who’s the dumb phuck now?
  2. Well guess what, Provo isn’t a stand alone MSA either. There are 2M+ people living within an hour’s drive of BYU. LOL at the notion that their “local” following is confined to Provo.
  3. So 30-40 minutes up the road is “regional” to you? C’mon now, you’re smarter than that.
  4. It’s cute you think BYU’s “local market” is confined to Provo. You need to stop talking BYU. You know nothing about it and every push you make demonstrates that.
  5. The game was tied with under a minute and 30 seconds. That’s “in it” by any definition. Period. Take your idiotic takes somewhere else.
  6. Tell me you didn’t watch the BYU game without saying you didn’t watch the BYU game. The game was tied with under a minute and a half to go you dolt. I’d say that’s “in it” to anyone that actually understands sports. Nice to see you still think your unoriginal and not clever jokes are funny though.
  7. Boise actually makes me feel good about BYU’s terrible postseason record. Keep it up Broncos!!!
  8. Good luck to the Aggies…. That is a very athletic and veteran team.
  9. I’m not convinced you’d be her “type”.
  10. How dare you defile this thread with this
  11. St. Mary’s???? The conference would regret that long term. They’re one HC retirement away from being completely irrelevant. Some will ignorantly say “But what about Gonzaga….”. At least Gonzaga has the history, tradition, profile, investment, facilities, fanbase, etc. that they will always maintain at least semblance of success. St Mary’s has none of that.
  12. I don’t remember the details of what the WCC does. I think the first tournament credit is shared equally with the conference, while teams that advance get a disproportionate share of any additional credits earned. That seems like a fair model to me.
  13. There are 33 schools (+ Notre Dame) between the ACC and BigXII. The B1G and SEC aren’t going to kill both - at least not via expansion. That’s just a silly take. And besides, who is attractive and/or valuable enough in the BigXII to merit addition to either conference? Most are small market schools in overlapping markets outside of the new PAC additions and debatably Kansas. None of the schools in the BigXII would be additive money-wise to either P2. Even if those conferences took a couple (Kansas? One of Arizonas? Colorado?) the BigXII would weather it just fine.
  14. They have a small fanbase - easily the smallest in the BigXII. Nobody cares about Houston, even in their home market.
  15. Yet they were DEAD LAST in the BigXII last season in average home attendance... their fan support sucks, and it won't get much better in the BigXII. They could never muster much fan support even as a member of the SWC. Nobody cares in Houston. https://www.heartlandcollegesports.com/2023/12/16/byu-and-iowa-state-lead-2023-big-12-football-home-attendance/
  16. Shame BYU is headed to the SEC…. I was really starting to enjoy the BigXII.
  17. Who is saying they wouldn’t?
  18. That was my well documented point throughout PACmageddon while brainiacs like you and others argued the PAC was safe. You really should sit this one out. Now you’re here pretending like this was your point all along? LMAO!
  19. We can’t continue living subject to any risk whatsoever no matter how fun, otherwise these spinning death traps would still exist!
