  1. When I signed up you use your address, cause I paid with credit card
  2. I'm in Nevada - Nevada gaming control board came down on these fantasy sites and supposedly if you are in NV your account is restricted or on hold until they sift thru the legalities of is it a skill game or gambling.
  3. Here's a note from Draft Kings regarding my account: As an added security measure, the below restrictions(s) have been placed on your account. The security of your account, and the integrity of the DraftKings experience is our highest priority. Please contact our customer support team at support@draftkings.com, and we will be more than happy to work with you to remove the restrictions.
  4. I think you're spot on..............it's a bunch of pro's playing a bunch of individual's - and the payouts for low end games are pathetically low................it was fun for giggles, but I didn't expect to make major money - I put $100 in and it ebbed and flowed between $120 to $40 back to $90 and down to the $11 I can't cash out
  5. Draft Kings has a big vigorish I played the head to head games for small money and a $1 game will win you 80 cents...........I stayed to the $1, $2 and $5 games - generally in head to head contests. At least in Head to Head you only have to go against 1 opponent and not the "pros" in the multiple entry contests. But because NV is fighting with them my account is "RESTRICTED" with a whopping $11.71 frozen in purgatory...............and don't think I can cash out because I entered with some of the matching bonus money & they have some stipulation about cashing out.
  6. Polian isn't a bad deal for UNR - UNR can fine him for his sideline antics and recover some of his pay...........the more UNR loses, the more Polian craps himself, the more UNR can fine him...........heck a 3-9 season with associated fines might drive Polians salary down to $35,000, which isn't bad for a D-1 coach
  7. Nice to see the national press hammering the Pokes & thus the MWC
  8. This ain't good - even adding 7 points on a teaser and AF is killing me
  9. UNLV gets Hawaii at SBS - should be a win for the Rebels
  10. Ok by me..........just draws a line diagonal across the MWC footprint from SW to NE - San Diego to Laramie - all to the left of the line are WAC, all to the right are MWC
  11. I've never belonged to or been a member of a church - wonder if I could get married in a church.................I think i could, just find some middle of the road joint & pay their fee - i imagine they would love to get fees.
  12. Probably did - won't happen but it's a nice thought..............should say "organized religion" <<- Creates issues - worst thing the human mind conceived of.
  13. More reason to get rid of all religions - the world would improve instantly with much less strife.
  14. Yep - Look how the GOP candidates cater to the abortion & anti same-sex marriage voters................but as time moves on these voters are becoming fewer & fewer and pretty limited to the bible thumping crowd.
  15. So this makes sense to you?!?! Ok, then !!! You must be a clueless phuck
  16. Catholic Church leadership has been suppressing science for most of it's history - especially back then.
  17. True - A future where corporations divide up the globe probably isn't too far fetched - Think some old Sci-Fi books/shows had this theme!
  18. Probably not the sole reason for the 1000 years of "dark ages" but a lost of people think the rise of Christianity (specifically the power of the Catholic Church) had a role in suppression of knowledge & was a factor in creating what we know as the Dark Ages. Political fragmentation following the collapse of the western Roman Empire was also a big factor as various factions/peoples jockeyed for position in Europe.........But there's little doubt that the Catholic Church played big big role in the going's on during that era & had major power.
  19. Still all but one of the current GOP candidates made 1950 era comments on this decision - Only Marco Rubio said "I may not agree with it, but it's the law of the land, time to move on" - every other one made comments about amendments blah blah blah - They know their GOP base is still mired in pre 1950's thinking. IF you don;t think most of the GOP openly in a heap over this, you aren't paying attention or are blind to the obvious.
  20. I think the stereotypes will fall away - sure there will be some flamboyant types, there always will be - but as time moves on this ruling will be seen as nothing big and people will wonder why it took so long..........this attitude change will be due to the older population dying off, because for those people under 35 being gay is no big deal. Another reason the republican party is fighting a losing battle on this issue - and they are also fighting a losing battle on immigration and women's rights............sadly the republican party is currently stalled in 1930's ideology that mainly appeals to the elderly & angry whites.
  21. Pretty much the bulk of the dark ages was when the western world was under the thumb of the Catholic Church & Pope's Even the Bible was only available in Latin, so the masses of uneducated people couldn't read it to make their judgement about it - The church controlled most everything
  22. agree - people are people & they don't always last for the long haul.
  23. Wonder over time will same sex couples get divorced at the rate hetero couples do ?!?! Time will tell
  24. Polygamy was big in the bible - and if your brother's dies, you need to take his wife in as your own wife.............or stone her to death if she screws around !!
  25. Dark ages in the western world were when Christianity took control under the Catholic Church
